The Band Boosters now has Event Committees!!!  Everyone is welcome to join any of the events that take place during the school year.  This is a great way to socialize and get to hear the band perform!!  It's more fun than work!!!

 

 

Band Boosters set up a booth beginning around 8:00 a.m. and ending when the festival closes. Jazz 1will play from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.  We sell chicken sandwiches and beverages.

The Jazz Band sells tickets to this sit-down lasagna dinner performs big band music.  There is a dance floor for guests and there is generally another band that performs.  Jazz II students serve.  Band boosters provides dinner setup, kitchen support and cleanup for this event.  This event will take place at the High School.

The Jazz Band will perform in the Wal-Mart parking lot while Band Boosters serves up brats, hot dogs, chips and beverages.  We need help setting up, grilling, serving and clean up.  This event takes place at the New London Wal-Mart parking lot from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Parents, former band students, parents of former band students and current band members are invited to this potluck picnic held at by the bands doors 5:p.m. until 6:30 p.m..  Band boosters provide brats, hotdogs, beverages, condiments and dinnerware.  Everyone else attending is asked to bring a dish to pass and their instruments.  They will perform a song a halftime on the field.

Band Boosters provides concessions for the entire day during at the High School.  This includes set up, food prep and clean up at the High School cafeteria.  ALL PARENTS WILL BE CALLED AND ASKED TO VOLUNTEER AT LEAST TWO HOURS OF THEIR TIME.
